These are our our current business and ordering policies.
Subject to change without notice.

  • Return Policy

    All sales are final!
     If merchandise is defective or
    incorrect, we will remedy the matter upon inspection and
    verification.  Defects and shipping errors must be
    brought to our attention no later than 5 business days
    after receipt of goods.

    All returns, other than shipping errors, must be
    preapproved.  To obtain approval, please contact us.  
    Authorization will be given if the following procedures
    and policies are adhered to:

    1. All orders are carefully packed and double
      checked prior to shipment.  
      Upon receipt of your
      shipment, please make sure you physically count
      the number of pieces or boxes that you receive.  
      Be aware that you are responsible for an
      accurate count and your signature insure this.

    2. All merchandise damaged in transit must be
      notified to us through the carrier at the time of
      delivery.

    3. Withinin 48 hours of receiving your order,any
      shortages or damages of items, whether in pieces
      or boxes, must be reported to Crystal Beauty
      Supply in 5 days from receipt of order from the
      purchase date.

    4. You may call us and obtain an AUTHORIZATION
      TO RETURN MERCHANDISE.

    5. Written authorization must be obtained.  Crystal
      Beauty Supply will refuse all merchandise
      delivered without an AUTHORIZATION TO
      RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER.  N
      o
      merchandise will be accepted into our
      warehouse
      without a proper return
      authorization label number
      and label.

    6. When requesting AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN
      MERCHANDISE, please provide:

    Date of purchase
    List of all the merchandise
    Invoice # for each item being returned

    Reason for return

    1. We cannot authorize for return any merchandise
      that you are unable to
      provide an invoice # and
      date for.

    2. No credit or exchange will be processed until the
      merchandise has been received and inspected.  
      Return merchandise will, at our opinion, be
      repaired, replaced or credited.

    3. A return AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN
      MERCHANDISE will be sent; shipment be returned
      pre-paid and a copy of the RETURN
      AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
      included with the package.

    4. We will credit at the lowest costs.  We reserve the
      right to refuse credit for any return items where
      the original integrity of the items may have been
      compromised.

    5. Therefore, all return items must be in original
      condition in which the client received such from
      us.  All tags, labels, packaging, parts, etc ... must
      be in original condition.

    6. All returned merchandise will be charged an
      additional 10% stocking fee and 10% handling
      charge of the value of the returned items.

    7. Return items are NOT to have under any
      circumstances, be defaced, used or worn.  

    8. There is no credit available for the following
      merchandise; we are sorry, we cannot accept:

    Seasonal
    Discontinued Items
    Close-Outs
    Sale
    Non Regular Stock
    Special Orders
    Human or Synthetic Wigs
    Human or Synthetic Hair
    Human or Synthetic Ponytails
    Human or Synthetic Accessories

    Terms & Conditions

    1. Freight charges will be included on all orders.
    2. All customers will be shipped via UPS.
    3. There is a minimum order of $50.00, not including
      shipping fee.
    4. All orders must be paid in full by Money Order,
      Cashier's Check or Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards
      only.
    5. All International orders must be pre-paid, including
      shipping charges in US Funds only.  Please call us
      for further details.
    6. International orders are shipped by UPS and USPS.
    7. All prices posted are net and subject to change
      without notice.
    8. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
    9. We ship our merchandise by UPS and USPS.  If you
      want,we can ship other ways.
    10. All orders are filled within 72 hours; unless otherwise
      noted.
    11. All items may be ordered in single units; unless
      otherwise noted.

    We will attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

    UPS Second Day
    UPS Overnite
     
    Freight Policy

    VA: $9.99
    Outside VA (MD, DC): $15.99
    All Other States: $25.99


    Hawaii and Alaska: Actual Freight

    Central Coast 3 days
    Mountain 4 days
    West Coast 5-7 days

    With a order of $300.00, we will cover 1/2 of the freight.
